Mark Mackenzie is the co-founder of FAS Energy Ltd, bringing a hands-on approach to every project. Starting his career on the tools, Mark understands the practical realities of HVAC installation and design. Today, he specialises in delivering tailored, energy-efficient solutions for new builds across New Zealand, working closely with builders, developers, and homeowners to ensure every system is both effective and easy to maintain. His focus is on practical outcomes, quality workmanship, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Jeremy Jackson

Business Development Manager and Director

Jeremy is responsible for developing new opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with our customers and partners. Having spent 15 years with Mitsubishi Electric, he brings a wealth of technical knowledge and industry expertise to the team. Jeremy is committed to providing practical, high-quality HVAC solutions backed by honest advice and exceptional customer service.

Rob works closely with customers from the first enquiry through to project completion, ensuring a seamless experience. With more than 16 years of electrical experience and over 12 years in the HVAC industry, he combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, customer-focused approach to deliver quality outcomes on every project.

Sam Coleman

Sam is the newest member to the team and works part-time as our Health, Safety and Well-being Manager from our Wellington office. He has an extensive emergency preparedness and response background, and he brings a realistic and sensible approach to our Health and Safety.

Project & Sales Coordinator

Tayla is the main point of contact for our residential customers, guiding them through every stage of their project—from their initial enquiry right through to completion. She coordinates consultations, quotations, scheduling, ordering, customer communication, and project administration to ensure every installation runs smoothly. With a strong focus on organisation, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service, Tayla is dedicated to delivering a seamless experience for every FAS Energy customer.
